1. Power/Volume control- When the volume


control is rotated clockwise, the CB Radio can be
turned on; activity on the CB channel will be heard
through the PA speaker.

2. Dynamike- This control


amplifies the voice to make it
sound louder. It is like a built-

power mike. This control is to

turned all the way up


Note: If you are using a power
mike and you experience squealing
or distortion, try turning down the
Dynamike.

4. Delta-Tune- Adjust the Delta Tune to clarify


any communication through the PA speaker. Delta
Tune only affects received signals

Note: Normally you would leave


the Delta Tune at the 12:00
position.

3. RF Gain- Controls the


receiver sensitivity. If there is a
strong signal during
communication, you can turn the
RF Gain down. This will provide
very quiet reception.
Note: The RF Gain
should be turned all the
way up for maximum
sensitivity and range.

5. SWR CAL- This is a measure of antenna


performance. It also tells how well the antenna
system is tuned to the CB band. If adjustment of the
antenna is needed, try this procedure:
1. Set the switch to the CAL position.

2. Press the button on the


microphone and adjust the
SWR CAL knob until the
needle is on the triangle
marker in the upper-right
corner of the meter.
3. While still holding the button on the microphone,

14. S/RF SWR CAL SwitchThe normal operating


position is the S/RF position. In the S/RF position the
meter will show transmit power and
receive signal strength. The CAL and
SWR positions are only for checking
the SWR of the antenna.

indicates received or transmitted activity.

13. NB/ANL ANL Off Switch-This feature


provides more filtering and can also be referred to as
the noise blanker. This feature also allows the
