Healing and wellness is undoubtedly brought about more completely with pure and natural
treatments. Harsh chemicals and toxins in the air can irritate and deter the natural process of
recovery. SkyMountain is proud to offer a cleaning proposal that aids and assists in restoring
wholeness with natural, environmentally safe materials. As patients enter and spend time in your
clinic, they will become relaxed and rejuvenated as they experience softly-scented, non-synthetic
aromatic surroundings. We take a holistic approach in our cleaning, and aspire to soothe and
refresh through our plant-based, eco-friendly products, all composed from naturally derived
surfactants. After decades of research, examination, and field study, we have found safe
alternatives to the harsh and dangerous conventional cleaners that have contributed to many
troubling health issues. Working together with our team of organic chemists and local farmers
has made us the leader in creating chemical-free, non-toxic environments throughout Utah and
beyond.
Background and Goals
We know that your clinic has evolved from a traditional clinic, to a more integrated therapy
treatment center. It is noticeably impressive that your chiropractors, physicians, and midwives
treat their patients holistically and naturally. This gentle and alternative approach has especially
benefited those with pregnancy-related back pain and arthritis issues. Although your clinic
already provides natural treatments and procedures, you will find it will become critical that all
aspects of your clinic involve a natural approach. A wholesome cleaning procedure will give
your clinic an overall healthy and therapeutic atmosphere, as patients leave feeling invigorated
and renewed. Our products have all been dermatologist-tested and contain no harmful chemicals
or potential toxins. We only use biodegradable, plant-based formulas with no dilution required.
A combination of basil, lavender, honeysuckle, and lemon verbena will promote energy and a
sense of well-being. The essential oils of tea tree and pine are part of our powergreen technology that will create a calming and soothing aroma. We believe you will find our
services to be exceptional, and we have an abundance of satisfied clients throughout the state,
including Fit4Life, Sooth Life, and Earth Remedies. All these holistic clinics have reported an
increase in patient numbers, positive feedback, and have received the highest rating from Energy
Star.
Proposed Plan
Many patients are looking for an alternative to the musty and distressing clinics to with they have
been subjected, and desire a wholesome and pure experience. To provide your facility with an
essential natural and fresh atmosphere, we propose the following plan:
Services and Products
Upon our first meeting together, we will explore your company and discover what makes it
distinguishable and exclusive. As we discussed earlier, we would like to schedule a time to visit
the facility and finalize plans with you. Our scheduling secretary, Carrie Lewis, will contact you
about a time this week. SkyMountain Cleaning has reviewed your requested services and are
pleased to offer the following services:
Trash cans emptied

o Trash will be taken out and replaced with a biodegradable bag.
o Citrus fresh scent given by placing 4 drops of our Citrus Fresh Oil on a cotton ball
and tossing underneath the lining, ensuring a fresh scent and leaving an aroma
which decreases stress levels.
Floor surfaces vacuumed
o All floor surfaces will be vacuumed with a HEPA filter, which forces harmful
airborne particles, pollen, and dust mites. Patients with allergies will especially be
benefited with a HEPA filter.
Floor surfaces mopped
o All floor surfaces will be mopped with product containing tea tree oil and
lavender. Tea tree oil is an antibacterial product which can clear lung and sinus
congestion, as well as stimulate the immune system. Lavender is stimulating,
calming, and relieve headaches.
Surfaces dusted
o Shelves and desks will be wiped down with Thieves-infused dust wipes for a
fresh smell and shining surface. Thieves supports a healthy immune system and
leaves a purified atmosphere.
Doors and door handles cleaned and polished
o Door handles will be sanitized and polished with lemon-infused wipes for a fresh
shining scent that has the effect to cause relaxation.
Windows cleaned as needed
o Windows will be cleaned with a Citrus Fresh and Thieves infused glass cleaner,
ensuring a streak free shine. Citrus Fresh and Thieve oils contained in the
cleaning support a healthy immune system as well as leave a cleansing
atmosphere.
Essential oil diffusers and filters installed, recharged, and refilled
o Diffusers will be installed with your choice of our aroma package selection
offered. Diffusers will be recharged and refilled to ensure a fresh soothing scent.
Quarterly deep cleaning
o Environmentally friendly products will be used to deep clean the clinic every 4
months, ensuring a pure and healthy environment.
Other Services
o We offer a laundry service for scrubs and drapes, using a lavender, anti-bacterial
soap, leaving a soothing aroma and removal of bacteria.
o We will leave a free daily maintenance checklist for your employees to complete.
Equipment
o SkyMountain Cleaning will come prepared with necessary equipment to clean.

Scheduling
Because your clinic is already actively functioning, we recommend setting up a time to meet
together this upcoming week. After our initial consultation, we will offer a 25% discount for the
first month as a trial run. After SkyMountain Cleaning performs cleaning services for a month,
we will meet together to review, and continue a regular cleaning schedule each Thursday
evening, beginning at 6:30 PM in the administration office and completing the remainder of the
clinic after closing hours. We propose the following schedule:

Staffing
SkyMountain Cleaning Services is a regionally recognized and award-winning cleaning business
with an energetic and well-trained staff. Your clinic will be in the care of cleaning service
manager Laura Smith, who has overseen various services performed in top clinics throughout the
nation, including services for Essential Oils stores and The Golden Door Spa in Escondido,
California. Organic Chemist Phil Thomas will continue to research natural products and
regularly update our services as more techniques and products surface. Each cleaning staff
member has earned certification as a LEED Green Associate, and many have served on the board
for The Center for Green Schools, as well as performed services at Scentsy and various holistic
clinics around the region. Additionally, all employees have been trained and earned necessary
certifications, assuring the Espalda Clinic will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, with a
therapeutic, natural feel.

We charge a $150 weekly fee, which includes the following:

Authorization
A natural cleaning procedure will support and aid in healing and renewing everyone who walks
through your door. The non-toxic atmosphere will attract more patients in search of holistic,
natural remedies. SkyMountain Cleaning is prepared to have an eco-friendly and efficient
procedure ready to begin by March 17th if you sign the enclosed contract and return it with a
deposit of $100 so that we may begin services this month. Prices in this proposal will expire on
May 1st.
