LSU is now offering an eight week summer program that prepares high achieving under-represented minority students to make a
successful transition from high school to college. The program is only open for the 2016 high school graduates who have applied and
are eligible for enrollment at LSU. Applications are available at www.lsu.edu/ssp
First Community Antioch Baptist Church is hosting their First Annual HBCU Expo beginning at 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Family
Life Center in Baton Rouge. To register for this event visit [email protected]. Applications can also be picked up in guidance.

The Carol Meyer Memorial Scholarship Award hosted by the Louisiana Association of Teachers of Mathematics will award
a $500.00 scholarship in memory of Ms. Meyer to a high school senior who has expressed an interest in pursuing a career in
mathematics education, elementary education, or a degree in mathematics at a Louisiana College, university, or

Nicholls Scholarships - The list of scholarships below is available for the Fall 2016 semester.
Applications should be submitted no later than Thursday, March 31, 2016, or the deadline date noted in the scholarship description. You may pick up a copy of the
application in the Scholarship Office or visit http://www.nichollsalumni.org/alumni-scholarships/scholarships/ **Students who have received other scholarships/awards,
have extra-curricular involvement, or are members of organizations MUST submit a co-curricular activity reporting form (which may be obtained from the Student Affairs
Office or at www.nicholls.edu/osa/). Applications can be submitted to the Scholarship Office once an application has been completed.

The Bayou Industrial Group is now accepting applications from graduating high school seniors in Lafourche, Terrebonne,
