muskrats

ANALYSIS:
This
bill
would
allow
all
Idaho
residents
to
hunt,
kill
and
take
predatory
and
unprotected
animals
and
birds
without
using
a
firearm.
Under
current
law,
only
residents
12
and
under
are
allowed
to
do
so.
Additionally,
this
bill
would
remove
the
age
restriction
and
allow
all
residents
to
trap
muskrats
from
irrigation
ditches
on
property
in
which
they
live
during
the
open
hunting
season.
