information, postal service, lost&found, guests disembarkation and embarkation, accounts settlement,
foreign exchange, cabins and public rooms maintenance administration, telephone console and faxing, lost
and damaged luggage handling, assisting Hotel Director and Chief Purser in all passenger related matters.
