It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to abide by the rules of Chequer
Tree Farm and accept the disclaimer of liability.
The organisers accept NO liability or responsibility what so ever for any loss,
damage, accident or incident however caused to persons, animals, vehicles,
property, spectators or anything in connection with events held at and by Chequer
Tree Farm.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel or alter classes as they see
fit.
The decisions of the judges are final and not open for negation.
Safety helmets to current British Safety Standard MUST be worn by anyone mounted
on the show ground. The organisers strongly recommend that safety helmets and
gloves are worn by persons handling horses/ponies on the show ground.
Cantering and lungeing only allowed in the designated areas.
Classes open to any age or height unless stated.
Ridden classes are open to horses and ponies of 4 years and over.
There must be at least 6 entries in a class to warrant splitting. Smallest or
youngest will go first.
Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Persons acting in such a manner will be
told to leave the show ground and barred from further Chequer Tree Farm events.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
DO NOT MUCK OUT YOUR HORSE BOX/TRAILER ON THE SHOW GROUND.
SHOW GROUND GATES OPEN FROM 7.30 a.m.
Approx 15 minutes per in hand class & 20 mins per ridden.
Organisers CAN NOT be held responsible for competitors missing classes.
