Strength and Conditioning Coach for Womens Lacrosse

Lead Trainer
The Camp Transformation Center
Assisted with implementation of strength and conditioning programs at Activ8 ranging from a wide variety of clientele
from professional NFL athletes to collegiate teams, and the average athlete.
Aided with daily operations and facility/equipment maintenance.
Setup and takedown of strength and conditioning facilities for workouts.
Involvement in an internship education program.
Personal trainer and group classs trainer focusing on weight loss and health improvement.
Works with a wide variety of clientele many with chronic injuries or diseases.
Leads classes that that contain people new to exercise as well as more personalized classes with those that
are more experienced.

Plan classes and tailor them to the skill level of the students ranging from youth to adults.
Teaching new techniques, practicing strikes on pads or heavy bags, sparring, meditation, stretching, conditioning and
discussing the history or philosophy of the art.
Handle administrative duties such as calling and enrolling prospective students, monthly billing, and maintaining
inventory of uniforms, belts and other training equipment and gear.

Oversee the organization of the Club in accordance with the MCLA and Campus Recreation.
Serves as chief executive officer of the mens lacrosse club, and oversees all aspects of the club including scheduling
of practice times, games, and team functions.
Official spokesperson of the organization representing the policies, views, and opinions of the organization with the
campus and community at large.
Expected to conduct himself in a respectable manner befitting his position and should lead by example in all his
activities and behaviors pertaining the club.
Delegate any duties deemed necessary for the efficient operation of the team to officers and/or Club members,
communicates with Treasurer to oversee income and expenses, operates off a $75,000 budget.
