Worked on a team of five senior mechanical engineering students to design a stage separation system for a rocket
built by the NU Student Chapter of AIAA that will be used in an attempt to reach the Krmn line
Served as liaison between AIAA and design team to ensure that final product would meet all requirements
Calculated flight loads and performed structural analysis on components for qualification purposes
Integrated with electrical engineering team to trigger separation with a signal from avionics system
