    PenalCode,andcommittedasfollows:

    ThatonAugust13,2015ataround6:51pmintheCityof
    Mandaue,andwithinthejurisdictionofthiscourt,thevictims
    wereontheirwaytoLoocMandaue,aboardamovingvehicle.Atty.
    Amelie Alegre was driving the said vehicle while the other
    victims,Atty.BriccioBoholstandAnthonyPinowerealsointhe
    car. And,thatthereandthen,whiletraversingtheroad,the

    two accused, Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth, aboard a


    motorcyclewiththeformerfiringthegun,whilethelatterwas
    driving the motorcycle shot Atty. Amelie Alegre in different
    partsofherbody,causingthelattersinstantaneousdeath.Asa
    resultoftheshooting,otherpassengersinthecar,werealso
    hitbythebulletsfired.AnthonyPinowasshotintheabdomen,
    and would have not survived if not for the timely medical
    attentiongiventohim.Atty.BriccioBoholst,ontheotherhand
    sufferedagunshotwoundinthethighcausinghimwounds.
