2011 and 2012. Specialized as Cardiothoracic Critical Care Nurse accountable for patients immediately
postoperatively thru discharge. Performed as preceptor to new nursing staff as well as orientation to
critical care. Skilled in many specialty therapies including CRRT, Impella, IABP, TAVR, and ECMO.
Serving in charge nurse role for approximately 2 years which entails patient placement, staff assignments,
conflict management, staff direction, and education.
