    Liver is normal in size, shape and echotexture No evidence of focal intra


    hepatic space occupying lesion. IHBR are not dilated.
    CBD and portal vein appears normal in caliber.

    Gall bladder is well distended and appears normal. No evidence of calculus or


    sludge. Wall thickness normal.

    Region of pancreas normal.


    No evidence of para aortic lymphadenopathy.

    Spleen normal in size, shape and echo pattern.

    Both kidneys normal in size, shape and echotexture.

    Absence of calculus, focal mass or changes of hydronephrosis.

    Right kidney measures -


    Left kidney measures -
    CMD maintained.

    No evidence of free fluid in abdomen.

    Bladder smooth and regular in contour. No evidence of vesical calculus or


    growth.
