    Dear Mr. Rondolos,


    We are writing you this letter on behalf of our client Mr. Nicasio
    Malong of 99 Herrero St., Dagupan City, to formally demand from you the
    remaining balance of the price of the school t-shirts and I.Ds our client
    has delivered to you in 2013. Please be reminded that up to now the
    amount of P15,200.00 has remained unpaid. We are therefore giving you
    a non-extendible period of ten (10) days from receipt of this demand letter
    within which to satisfy in full said amount. Otherwise, much to our
    regret, we shall be constrained to file a corresponding action before the
    court of law for the collection of said amount.
    Please give this matter your urgent attention.
