Millman Project Builders is a boutique building and construction business that specialises in high end residential
Construction. We deliver high quality, prestige buildings and construction services.


After working for 12 years in the construction industry on prestige residential, quality commercial and large industrial
buildings Dean R. Millman formed Millman Project Builders in 2012.

Since then Millman Project Builders has built a wide range of clients from home owners, owner builders, large
commercial builders and international clients.

Millman Project Builders continually provides an innovative and technical approach to all forms of construction and
consultation.

EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS


Dean R Millman Project Manager

Millman Project Builders Project Manager, Dean R. Millman, has more than 15 years experience on construction sites
and construction developments on projects from Brisbane to Cairns.

From a modest beginning as a labour for a carpenter in Mackay he quickly rose through the ranks gaining his
carpenter trade qualification, taking on general foreman roles and site management through to project management
roles based onsite.

Dean R. Millman holds a QBSA Medium Rise Builders License #1151915, Diploma of Building, Certificate 3 in General
Construction Framework, Formwork, Finishing, Certificate of Project Management and Senior First Aid.


Jason Bianchi Site Supervision

Jason provides the additional support needed to supervise the demands of high end residential construction. Jason has
been with Millman Project Builders since 2013. Jason has a good understanding of his responsibilities required of him
while on and offsite. Jason holds a Trade Carpenter License #1217647, Certificate IV of Building, and Trade Certificate
Carpentry.


Dani Dallinger Administration

Dani brings an all-round set of experience to Millman Project Builders including accounts payable/receivable, payroll,
book keeping, project accounts and other general administration. Dani is responsible for the day to day filtering and
management of accounts and correspondence received and issued by Millman Project Builders.


Subcontractors/Suppliers

All subcontractors and suppliers of Millman Project Builders bring their unique skill sets to the business. Some of these
skills include onsite carpentry/joinery, hydraulics consultation and design, electrical design among other things. All
subcontractors and suppliers work as a team under direction and leadership of Millman Project Builders.

BID SUMMARY


This Bid Proposal


This is a measured quantities bid proposal on information received. Assumptions have been made where information
was not provided or is vague, it has not been prepared using a simple per square meter dollar value. The content and
purpose of this proposal is to provide a lump sum amount as per the inclusions and exclusions contained within this
proposal.

Please refer to the costs itemisation and bill of quantities for further details.


Lump Sum Cost Summary

Based on the information provided, as well as making some assumptions, we can offer a lump sum amount (including
GST) of $568,985.41 for this project. It has been assumed that construction will commence on or about the start of
September 2015 with completion to be likely around March 2016. Construction is likely to take up to 26 working weeks
(130 working days) Please refer to the Construction programme for further information.
