    HUAWEI RTN600 XPIC RADIO IMPLEMENTATION ‘INTRODUCTION In a project in 'P* county, Huawel RTN6OO XPIC radio is used to serve as an Intecprovince backbone for wansiission network. None of engineers involved in this project have experience on this type of radio belore and were having hard tie in fnding source of ‘elorence. Therefore, it s hoped that ths aricle coud help by providing celerence for other ‘engineers for imolemering Huawei XPIC radio in other project in tutwe. 2) PREPARATION Fist ofall, we need Io have a good understanding on how XPIC systam works. Thore are alot of documents that discuss in theary of how XPIC system works. Therefor, there is no eed to elaborate futher on that. Good reference can be easily found in Huawel support \wobsite (hits /supoort huawei com) Secondly, we need fo identity the diferenee in term of hardnare of XPIC radio. For start, PIC radio doos not use IF card. It uses IFX card. Figure below shows an axamplo of IFX Ata glance, itis basically same as IF card except with 2 adtonal ports (as shown in ved Cecle) which represent ‘XPIC in’ and ‘XPIC out’.
