A Boat and Jet Ski will be provided in the competition area to monitor safety. They will also use the technology “Timing Ship” as a timing console.

    EVENT INFORMATION

    The introduction of ASE Swimathon 2015


    This is the first time in Open water competition for junior age group with
    higher standard. With full potential of 100% natural water at TACO,
    Organizing Committee has put the Float line up to 250 meters long into the
    lake. Boat and Jet Ski will be provided in the competition area for safety.
    Moreover, we will use technology Timing Ship timer and the cycle count of
    athletes. Add a colorful race with team of our photographers to capture the
    event as ready for you to take pictures to share them with more fun.
    We would like to invited all of you to join the first new experience of Open
    Water swimming competition in Thailand. We look forward for your apply to
    participants. Thank you very much

    Training and events schedule

    6:00 AM.
    6:30 AM-7:30 AM

    Registration
    Competition venue open for training (All
    athletes' coaches must remain on the lakeside)
    Technical Meeting
    1,000-meter events
    (ages 10-11-12 years and Open)
    1,500-meter events
    (ages 13-14-15 years and Open)
    3,000-meter events
    (ages 16-17-18 years and Open)
    End of competition

    7:30 AM-7:50 AM
    8:00 AM-8:40 AM

    8:40 AM-9:40 AM

    9:40 AM-11:40 AM

    12:00 PM

    Award ceremony will start at 10:30 AM


    Free buffet will serve at 11:00 AM

    1,000 Meters (swim 2 laps / 500 Meters per laps)
    Boy 10-11-12 years old and Open
    Girl 10-11-12 years old and Open
    1,500 Meters (swim 3 laps / 500m per laps)
    Boy 13-14-15 years old and Open
    Girl 13-14-15 years old and Open
    3,000 Meters (swim 6 laps / 500 Meters per laps)
    Boy 16-17-18 years old and Open
    Girl 16-17-18 years old and Open
