Lunch break. Lunch is on your own, you can bring your own meal or go out.
What to wear. Comfortable clothing for ease of movement. Bring also a mat or cushion
or blanket. There will be chairs for people who have difficulties sitting on the floor.
Attendance. We'll take attendance throughout the weekend. If you wish someday to
continue with Qigong Level 3 and subsequent levels, you will have to have completed the
entire prerequisite weekend. Missing any part will need to be cleared in advance with Eva
Wong. If for some reason you know you are going to be late, or can't attend some part of
the weekend, please let us know.
References. You are more than welcome to bring your own copy of Eva's book
'Nourishing the Essence of Life' but it is not a requirement at this time.
Note: Daoist Qigong Level 3 is offered on Monday Oct. 20 and Tuesday October 21 at
the same location, with Eva Wong. There is an evening session on Monday evening. If
there is still space you will be able to register for the Level 3 workshop this weekend.
