    To whom it may concern:
    It is my pleasure to write a recommendation for Carolyn Frasier, my practicum student at Grantsburg Middle School. Carolyn was an
    exemplary practicum student. She possesses many qualities crucial for effective school counselors. It was evident to me from the
    beginning of her practicum, that she was far from a beginning counselor. Carolyn is very skilled at fitting seamlessly into a school
    system and connecting with students very quickly. Her maturity and life experience are great assets to her in becoming a master
    school counselor.
    Carolyn possesses many qualities that are crucial for effective school counselors: strong values and ethics, sincere empathy, well
    developed listening skills, the ability to put students at ease, punctuality, focus, a theory/research based foundation for her counseling
    skills and a deep understanding of what is involved in delivering a counseling program. Her 5-week experience with me included
    teaching guidance classes, working with small groups of students, and seeing students individually. She was very successful in all
    aspects of her work at our school. Carolyn demonstrates outstanding organizational skills. From my years of experience, I believe
    excellent organizational skills are at the core of successful delivery and management of a comprehensive school counseling program.
    If the opportunity arose, I would welcome the opportunity to work with Carolyn. I believe your school district would be very fortunate to
