    1. Player 1 passes to player 2, then player 4 moves from the elbow to the mid post as the defense shifts to the ball side. 2. Player 2 passes to player 1, then moves to the opposite short corner as player 1 passes to player 3. Player 5 screens the top side guard on the zone. If player 3 is open, they shoot. 3. If the defensive wing steps out to guard player 3, they pass to player 2 for a shot. If defensive player 5 steps out to guard player 2, player 3 passes inside to player 4 for a post up or close shot.

    Zone offence

    Windward
    1 Passes to the 2, 4 goes from elbow to mid post. Defense shifts to ball side.

    Ball is passed from the 2 to the 1. The 2 goes from the wing to the opposite
    side short corner. 1 passes to the 3. 5 screen the top side guard on the zone. If
    the 3 is open, shoots their shot. The 4 goes from left side midpost to the new
    ball side(right side) mid/lowpost

    If the bottom side wing(D4) steps out to the O3, the 3 passes to the 2 for their
    shot, if D5 steps out to guard the 2, They dump the ball inside to the 4 for the
    post up/close shot.
