The Squad Media are going to create a music video for the song Us Against The World by
Clement Marfo & the Frontline. The music video will be 3:45 minutes long and the music
video would be used to promote the song and the artist who will feature in the video. Our
target audience will be people aged 13-20, so teenagers/young adults.
The music videos message is relative to the song; its about being an individual
group/community when there are many people. This will be shown in the music video by the
artist along with many people in a group having fun and doing whatever they can do. The
artist will be represented as a person who enjoys being out. The costumes the artist would
wear wouldnt be anything spectacular, just casual clothing such as hoodies, jackets, and
trainers. Having an appearance like this will relate to the target audience, because most
likely, thats the sort of clothing they would wear on a normal day.
The location we would be filming would be a park and studio. The reason on why a park
would be a good place to film are location is because it will suit the type of song thats
playing. Being together as a group with masses amounts of people in a wide open area, it
shows freedom and loving the place you are at. There might be much use for any special
effects, there might be use of altering the brightness and contrast of a selected clip of the
video at some moments.
Francis Serumaga (myself) will be the artist in the video. There could be some friends who
arent involved in the making of the video who will appear in the video.
