    QC Inspection(Level - 1)
    Good operating knowledge in beam welding (splice,tacking and pull throw)and
    shearing maechine (16 mm)

    Expert in pull through station in beam welding machine.

    Preparing production planning and shift report.


    Plan and maintain consumables for machies.
    Plan and schedule the preventive maintenance plan, that is condition based
    And time based maintenance for beam welding machine.
    Total beam welding in charge and set the machine for the right operation.
    Safety in charge and safety audit for the entire machine.

    MISELLANEOUS
    Machine erection and commissioning activies.
    To ensure completion of order within the defined time schedule.
    Periodically review the standard operating procedure, finished goods packing
    procedure and job safety analysis for all machines .
    Zero harm in shop floor.
    Atttend minor break down in the tool in online.
    Ensure first piece and last piece inspection report.
