    Partner House Design Project


    For this project, you and a partner will make an illustration
    of the floor plan of a house or will be creating a PowerPoint
    Presentation of the different rooms of your dream house.
    Your floor plan must include at least the following rooms:
    living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two
    bedrooms, office, and garage. You can use your real house
    as a model for your illustration or an imaginary house. In
    your illustration, you must label the rooms and include the
    furniture (3 different items per room) that would typically
    be found in each room (can use any vocab. we have
    hadbooks, movies, etc. The illustration can be very
    simple; it can be plain, black line drawings. The illustration
    does not have to be great art, and your artistic ability or lack of it will not affect your grade.
    However, it is important that everything be clearly labeled, your drawing is neat, and that
    the words are spelled correctly.
    In addition, you and your partner will be writing a paragraph that must include a minimum
    of 20 sentences (10 sentences per person) about..
    Who lives there and what do they are doing in the house (a minimum of 5 sentences)
    Use the present progressive here
    My dad is sleeping in the bedroom.
    Give a description of the different chores that are done in the house (5 sentences)
    I wash the dishes in the kitchen
    The location of objects in relation to other objects (5 examples)
    Estar + prepositions
    Using five different prepositions
    The table is next to the chairs

    A description of the house

    Is it a house or an apartment?
    How many rooms are there
    What is in each room ( minimum of 3 rooms)
    The plants are in the garden
    Location of each room (minimum of 2 locations, make sure to use different
    prepositions)
    The dinning room is next to the kitchen

    *I want to see that each person has contributed equally. Each person must write the same
    amount of sentences in the description. Each partner will turn in their parts separately and
    will be graded separately on the written portion. You both will be graded equally on the
    floor plan and if all requirements are met.
