Meaning:
1: (We Meditate on Sri Vishnu) Who is Wearing White
Clothes, Who is All-Pervading, Who isBright in
Appearance like the Moon and Who is Having Four
Hands,

2: Who is Having a Compassionate and Gracious
Face, Let us Meditate on Him To Ward of all Obstacles.

I am here neither to claim or counter claim the content
but to share my experience about this sloka by famous
lady mrs saranathan in ramanavami 1968,
kathakalakshepakam at pune. In those my only religious
participation was to take my mother on bicycle to all
those places as I thought service to mother is service to
God.
To keep devotees in tender hook she gave this narration
to the meaning of the sloka.
Shuklam bharatam early morning in this country
Vishnum sashi varanam black decoction mixed with
white coloured milk
Chatur bhujam exchanged by four hand
Prasanna vadanam dhyayet happy face of giver and
taker
Sarva vignopa upa santhaye all miseries will vanish
So we have a sip of coffee early morning before our
prayer to lord vignaharta
