Feeling excited for our coming I-Week 2014? Cant wait to work with each other and know
more of each other? Here comes our next meeting.
Date : 22 May 2014
Time : 8.15p.m.
Venue : Zaba, FPP
Regarding the name lists of respective department members, we have decided to create a
google doc. Therefore, instead of send in the softcopy of the name list, please fill in the
details of your department members in the google doc before 5.00pm of 21
st
May 2014.

Here are some items that we would like you guys to prepare for the coming meeting.
1. Theme of I-Week 2014
Every Head of Department need to ask your members for the theme of I-Week 2014
and they need to send in a softcopy of their ideas to respective Head of Department.
(Heads of Pre-event and Facilitator are also considered as Head of Department). After
that, Head of Departments can send in the softcopy after compiling it into a file or
word document to this email address : [email protected] by 22 May 2014
(Thursday) 5.00p.m.
Please be noted that there are some changes regarding to the deadline for the softcopy
of theme that needed to be send in. Instead of 25 of May,2014, we have decided to
change it to 22 of May,2014 so that we can carry out our progress more smoothly.
2. Departmental Budget (Tentative)
Every Head of Department can start to think of your departmental budgets and have a
draft of it. We will discuss them in more detail in our coming meeting.
3. Timeline for Progress
Every Head of Department need to design a timeline for your department progress.
We would like to have a draft of it by next weekend.
4. Programme Flow(Tentative) - Programme Department only
Head of Programme Department tag kinchun please prepare a draft for the
programme flow of I-Week 2014. We will further discuss the details in our coming
meeting.
5. Proposal (Tentative) Marketing and Public Relations Department Only
Head of Marketing Department and Public Relations, please have a rough idea of
what is going to be put inside your proposal. You can start to prepare a draft for your
department proposal.
6. Expectation
Every Head of Department should think of your expectation for I-Week 2014. We
would like to hear it from you guys in our coming meeting.
So, basically, these are what we would like you guys to prepare for our coming meeting.

1. Date for Community Engagement
Every head of department please ask your members regarding the date of respective
community engagement activities and send the details to [email protected] by 23
May 2014 (today) 12.00noon so that we can better arrange the workshop date.
We know that it is a bit rush to ask you guys to send in the details by today 12.00
noon, but since this is the first task that we would like to assign to all of you after
yesterdays meeting, we truly hope that all of you can make it this time and we really
believe that with all the passion that you guys have now, you can do it! Cheers!
2. Timeline for Progress and Departmental Budget
For those who havent send in the draft for respective departments timeline for
progress and departmental budget, please send them in by 25
th
May 2014 (Sunday)
12.00 noon to [email protected].
3. Gantt Chart
Every head of department, please prepare a Gantt chart for your departmental
progress and post them in this group by 25
th
May 2014 (Sunday) 12.00 noon so that
each of you can see other departments timeline/progress and adjust your
timeline/progress later. You can get a sample of the Gantt chart from your ex-head of
department.

Here's to announce and confirm the theme for our I-Week 2014! After having long discussion
within our cc team, we have decided to use INVICTUS (undefeated) as the theme for I-Week
2014! clap clap clap!
Chill guys, the reasons that we choose this name because it is more POWERFUL than other
words. Imagine when we shout INVICTUS with our passion and spirits, it sure will give
goosebumps to our juniors and let them see how energetic their seniors are! We can also
include the messages that other themes/words that would like to convey in INVICTUS. For
example, we are going to have a breakthrough this year by having the undefeated spirits and
we are going to achieve our dreams and shine with our unconquered spirits! Therefore, in the
end, we decided to use INVICTUS as the theme of I-Week 2014 to inspire our juniors to step
out of their comfort zone and move forward with their undefeated personality. Lets use this
theme as our own departmental theme as well so that we can have unconquered spirits while
preparing our amazing I-Week 2014 for our juniors and let them have a great memories of I-
Week 2014! Cheers! ^.^
