Note: Please seek your doctors advice before engaging in exercise. These
are difficult and you are urged to start slowly, gradually starting with 3 reps
the first week, building to the suggested 21 repetitions per day by week 7.

Rite #1 Clockwise Spinning T
Benefits circulation, varicose veins, osteoporosis, flow of cerebral-spinal
fluid, prevention of headaches and mental clarity. Powerful exercise that
increases the spin of all of the energy centers.


Rite #2 Leg Raises
Benefits thyroid, adrenals, kidneys, digestive system, sexual organs. Helps with irregular
period and menopause. Strengthens abdomen, legs and arms. Chakras 5,3,2, and 1.





Rite # 3 Kneeling Back Bend
Benefits arthritis, menopause/menstrual symptoms,
digestion, back and neck pain, sinus congestion.
