The MAIN ROOM is available Monday through Thursday evenings after 4:00 p.m. for a flat rate of
$75. Friday evening rental is a $100 flat rate. If admission is charged or selling of products take
place, add $50. With alcohol, add $100.
A Rental Deposit of 50% of the base rental fee is required to reserve the date of the scheduled
event. If the rental is $75 or less, full payment is required at the time of rental is scheduled/booked.
The total fee of all rentals over $75 must be paid at least 10 days before the event. If the event is
cancelled within 10 days or more before the scheduled date, the rental deposit will be returned,
minus $25. After that time, the deposit is forfeited.
Payment for events scheduled on short notice (less than 10 days prior to the date needed) will be
worked out on a case by case basis.
An Alcohol Permit must be acquired by the City of York prior to your event. Proof of the permit must
be shown prior to utilizing the facility and kept onsite during the event.

from the City of York.
* The Main Room seats up to 190 people with round tables & up to 350 people with chair
seating.
* The Main Room is available Monday-Friday after 4:00 p.m.
*The Conference Room seats up to 30 people with 6 ft. tables & seats up to 45 people
with chair seating.
* The Conference Room can be rented out every day if available.
* The Kitchen Facility has commercial grade equipment that may be used. An ice machine
is available. All serving equipment and tableware must be brought in by the renter.
The York Area Senior Center is a beautiful and functional facility to hold your next event. It is
handicap accessible with multiple parking spots. The Wi-Fi capabilities make it easy to access
and send information during your event. Decoration possibilities are almost endless with the
ample space and tables that are available.
