Serves: 4
2 cups rice
8 tomatoes medium sized
4 onions medium sized - cut into long thin pieces
1 cup green peas
2-3 green chillies
1 small piece ginger
2 tspn mustard seeds
1 string curry leaves
2-3 tbspn red chilli powder
2-3 tblspn oil
salt to taste
1/4 cup corriander leaves
Directions
Prep:15min Cook:30min Ready in:45min
1. Pressure coo rice and allow to cool.
2. !rind into smooth paste - tomato" green chillies and ginger and eep aside.
3. #oil the green peas and eep aside.
4. $dd oil to the pan" add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. add curry leaves"
onion and salt and close the pan lid. %nce the onion is golden brown and so&t" add
the smooth paste" boiled green peas " chilli powder and little salt and allow to boil
into thic paste.
