    A clinical study was conducted on 25 male participants to observe the effects of pranayama on various health metrics. Before and after participating in a pranayama camp, participants' fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and other lipid levels were measured. The results showed improvements in all areas measured after completing the pranayama camp, with lowered fasting blood sugar and lipid levels for all participants.
