During the 1950's, groups of teenagers would stand on the street corners and sing, usually cappella. They used sounds such as "doo" and "wop" to imitate instruments and provide an interesting musical background for the main melody. In writing "First Doo Wop," I've used a popular chord progression that will instantly take you back to the time of malt shops, bunny hops, and Doo-Wop music. Enjoy! Moderately
