Crawl Along West 7th Street!

Saint Paul Art Crawl - Saturday, April 26, 12 to 6pm


Join us during Spring Saint Paul Art Crawl and experience the art and artists living and working in the West 7th Street and Little Bohemia Neighborhoods! Featuring open houses, exhibits at neighborhood galleries, plus art and live music at Claddagh Coffee & Cafe. Continue on to the Schmidt Artist Lofts for more Art Crawl on West 7th.

These artists open their homes and studios for Art Crawlers to explore.

Michael and Deborah Padgett


274 Goodrich Avenue Padgett Studios features a workshop/studio separate from their two-story house. Deborah operates her painting and drawing studio on the top floor of this building and Michael operates his ceramics studio on the ground floor. The first floor of their home serves as a gallery for larger exhibitions and gatherings.

Marty Hicks 2223 Stewart Avenue Marty Hicks is a metalworker, sculptor, and designer whose work ranges from welding, to artist blacksmithing and bronze casting. Examples of his work can be seen online at hixwerx.com or visit HIXWERX on FaceBook.

943 West 7th Street Present new work from Aldo Moroni. He will be on hand to welcome spring with a beautiful water garden created in the gallerys display window and present new sconces. These are glazed ceramic wall lights that feature his imaginary worlds.

Schmidt Artists Lofts (Showing April 25-27!)

Schmidt Artist Lofts are the newest art community in the Twin Cities. The Schmidt Brewery buildings are icons in the city that have been converted into beautiful living spaces for artists. We have 18 artists that will be showing in our first Saint Paul Art Crawl.

Scarborough Fair
961 West 7 Street Twin Cities artist Ruth Cains watercolors are on display during Art Crawl. Ruth always loved painting and drawing but began her love affair with watercolors in 2001 and has traveled to many exotic locals to paint.

Claddagh Coffee Caf 459 West 7th Street Enjoy art and live music at Little Bohemias favorite neighborhood caf. Featuring the art of
Dominique Winders, who explores her concept of eye candy both in painting and sculpture and St. Paul artist Gerry Heroff, who uses oil, acrylic and mixed media on canvas, creating abstracts or impressionistic buildings, street scenes, landscapes and portraits.

Artista Bottega (Artists Shop//studio/parlor) An emporium of fine objects of art and antiquities by Minnesota artists, Artista Bottega will entice you with wondrous things that enhance the ambience of your home and garden. Referencing the classic Italian bottega, this eclectic collection also will serve as a resource for designers and collectors of studio art throughout the region.
