A Personal Reality
As an introduction to the Guidebook, I would like to share the current basis of my beliefs. These are my personal beliefs and the Amara-Omni Empowerment system does not depend on these in any way. No matter what your own beliefs are, Amara-Omni will find a way to work with them. The reason I am sharing mine in this Guidebook is to simply show the framework for the birthing process of Amara-Omni. My beliefs, together with those of my wife, mold the way Amara-Omni is brought through and presented to others. My ultimate reality is multidimensional, infinite and timeless. It is not the sum of its endless manifestations, as it exists in every one of them as a whole. There is no separation between things, no empty space, as everything is alive, conscious and whole. In its timeless state the universe constantly unfolds itself. Every moment is a new creation and all those moments exist multidimensionally as one. The soul is an individualized expression of the Source - Void/All That Is - All That Is Not. I do not see it as a fragmented separate piece though, but as an expression that has the full infinite potential to explore all other expressions that reside within the creation as well. It is not isolated from other souls as it is an open-ended system. There is constant interconnectedness and the soul shares aspects of itself in other souls. Consciousness knows no barriers. The Ocean can be seen as one, or as being full of little drops, all connected to each other and being the Ocean itself. The possible separation that our minds perceive is only the psychological framework from which individuality and diversity may spring. It is a chosen rule for the game so to speak. Souls are the Source exploring itself in a certain, specified way. They are the Source in action, the actualized potential, each representing an idea emerging from the infinite sea of potentials, deriving new ideas from the original one. They expand into all corners of creation and beyond to the point where they merge back and become the infinite Source again, thus re-fulfilling their limitless potential. It is not a linear process, as it all happens in the Now. This perceived process of creation and uncreation is simply a movement of consciousness. The soul is multidimensional and it has many different expressions (lives) of itself all existing at the same time in this infinite moment of Now. The life I experience now is one of those expressions among many other parallel existences that the soul experiences simultaneously. The soul is not limited to human existence either, which is only one expression among the countless others. Naturally all of this is only my perception, how I see things within the confinements of my personal reality and beliefs, and it is as valid as yours. The so-called ultimate truth is not accessible as a whole to an individuality based perception, as it is a collective of all the infinite personal truths. Everything is the truth and no individual truth excludes another. We are the ultimate truth, redefining it in each moment.

different tones. They are like energetic tuning forks. Each symbol has its own specific vibration and by connecting with the symbol we are able to access and align with that specific facet of the Source Energy. Symbols are a very personal tool since every individual perceives them slightly differently. The tone/energy pattern stays the same but when it gets interpreted through the individual's perception, it can produce many different experiences. The energy can trigger old memories and subconscious associations, thus producing a variety of impressions. There is no right way to interpret the energy, as the energy itself has no labels. It is simply a tone that is to be experienced. When an energy worker utilizes symbols, they are often aware of the meanings, their own interpretations of the symbols nature that is. When applying a symbol into the client's auric field, they are implanting their own idea of the meaning as well, in addition to the pure tone of the symbol. The facilitator sends the energy in the form of a symbol coupled with a telepathic suggestion of its meaning. Basically this means that he or she is utilizing two different methods: The sending of raw energy and telepathically suggesting a concept. Symbols can also be used without having a fixed idea of their meaning. In this case the energy worker intuitively knows what symbol/energy to use. The symbol is simply sent to the client as pure energy without any suggested meanings, knowing that the person will use the energy in the most beneficial manner. Depending on the situation certain colors, emotions and ideas are also being telepathically introduced in energy work. Often this all happens intuitively and every session is as unique as the individual receiving it. Everything is done in alignment with the intent of the client's Soul and the energy is free to be utilized in the most beneficial manner by the client. The person receiving the treatment is also free to reject whatever is sent, so no forcing takes place. After all, healing can only occur when we are open to it. In a more simplified way, my idea of facilitating healing can be seen as aligning myself with the Source Mind where everything is seen as perfect and whole. The experience of perfection is then channeled (using the various tools mentioned before) to the clients consciousness where it is supposed to cause a resonance. This resonance of wholeness is in my opinion the main element, which facilitates the healing process. The intelligent energies have a wonderful way of providing whatever is specifically needed at any given moment. Often people who are feeling stressed and out of balance experience a very peaceful and relaxed state of being during and after a session. On the other hand, for people who already feel very stable and centered, the energy often manages to surface repressed and unnoticed issues, thus giving them an opportunity to deal with these newly found or forgotten patterns. When possible issues come to surface during a session, the energy-consciousness tends to make sure that they can be dealt with without too much discomfort as long as the person is truly willing to let go of these old patterns. Ultimately everything is up to the recipient, as the energy is only assisting and creating the opportunity for healing. It provides the ideal circumstances and then acts as a facilitating element during the process. The true healer is always the recipient and not the energy worker carrying out the session.

AmaraAmara-Omni
Amara-Omni is an energy-consciousness of individual empowerment and self-discovery. Even though Amara-Omni can bring forth healing on all levels and dimensions, the actual intent is not to heal but to become aware of our subconscious currents. These deep inner waters hold the key to the mystery of our being. The energy-consciousness of Amara-Omni assists us to accept our wounds and issues as they are now and helps us to become fully aware of their reasons for manifesting. We all experience pain at some point or another and some experiences leave wounds that stay open even through many lifetimes. By becoming aware of the patterns that keep these wounds open, we finally allow them to heal naturally. Nothing needs to be undone or fixed, as our true nature is whole and perfect. Allowance is the only thing needed to experience healing. Amara-Omni will help us to see our darkness, our shadow self, and accept those aspects of ours that we do not like, or feel separated from. Amara-Omni will help us connect with our subconscious, where most of our true power and magic currently resides. The energy-consciousness will work with us so that we can bring these subconscious aspects into our conscious experience of who and what we are. Through understanding the mystery of our Self we reach mastery. Amara-Omni represents the aspect of the self that is fully grounded in its own divinity, radiating the full spectrum of its being outwards. Amara-Omni is like water, transforming itself to fit every possible situation that manifests. Amara-Omni is ever-evolving, flowing and unfolding. When we experience that state of being, we become Amara-Omni itself, as it is not some form of consciousness that is separate from our own. The core nature of Amara-Omni is consciousness and it should not be seen as a mere energy stream. The movement of consciousness creates energy. This movement is quite important, as it will help in aligning ourselves with the core of Amara-Omni. The energy guides us to the core by facilitating shifts in perceptions and consciousness. Unlike some systems that focus more in simply balancing the energy flow of our subtle bodies, Amara-Omni also works in the level of pure consciousness. The energies will align the subtle bodies so that the actual consciousness can ground itself into our being. This is not better or worse than systems that focus more in getting direct results with energy manipulation. This is simply different. Amara-Omni works extremely well for those who resonate more with this particular approach. Amara-Omni does not offer quick fixes to physical or psychological imbalances. It does not offer a fast path to enlightenment either. Amara-Omni simply offers a journey within. When we reach and experience the core we begin to understand everything that happens around it. In that space we can find true healing and empowerment.

Amara-Omni has connections to many different realms of consciousness. It can be said that Amara-Omni is actually a unified group consciousness composed of several unique aspects of the divine. The cetaceans (whales, dolphins and porpoises), the ancient civilization of Lemuria, the Lemurian goddess Amara-Omni, the Rainbow Serpent and Dragons among others are the most prominent connections. Many of these have strong connections to water and it seems to be the main symbol for this whole system. The energies can be seen or felt as flowing liquid light and liquid dark matter, which represents the Void energies.

Multidimensional Symbols
When you work with these symbols, draw them in whatever way is the most comfortable for you. There is no wrong way to draw them, so I will not give any drawing directions. They can also be simply visualized or imagined and then sent to wherever they are needed. Saying the name alone as a mantra works as well. Intent is the most important factor here. Also remember that you can work with Amara-Omni without using any symbols at all. There are no set rules or limits. The symbols can simply help one to better attune themselves to Amara-Omni, giving the person a more tangible connection to the energies and consciousness. The connection is always there but for some people symbols help to experience the connection stronger. Each symbol discussed here is very fluid, constantly moving, revolving and evolving. The images shown below are more like snapshots of the symbols core essences so to speak. Each symbol rotates and as you send or invoke them, it is recommended that you also intend them to rotate. The direction of the rotation does not usually matter as they actually rotate in all directions at once. They are not three-dimensional. Quite a few Amara-Omni symbols have very similar properties with each other. The unification of polarities seems to be a re-occurring theme. It is good to remember that the symbols are multidimensional, which means they work in many different layers of our psyches. They all work in slightly different levels of being so to speak. Another common theme seems to be the serpent. It has been a symbol of wisdom, eternity, healing, mystery, magical power, and holiness throughout most of the ancient non-western world and this is what it seems to be symbolizing in Amara-Omni as well.

Amara
Amara can be seen as the core symbol of the whole system. It facilitates the remembrance of our divinity and assists us to better ground it into form - into our physical reality. This symbol creates a strong current that moves along the spine/central light column, clearing and aligning it and the energy centers (chakras) connected by it. The triangle and the circle are part of the same structure so they are not really separate elements, even though they can be seen rotating in opposite directions. The whole symbol can be seen as a constantly moving crystalline hologram. The energies have a strong connection to Lemuria and a goddess consciousness called Amara. I recommend drawing the triangle in the heart center setting it to rotate anti-clockwise and then drawing the circle on top of it, spinning it clockwise. If you feel inclined to do it the other way around, feel free to do so. For me, envisioning the vortex in the image seems to help create a stronger influx of the energy.

JaKeiou-Ma Ja-Keiou
The main S-shape symbolizes the energies of the water dragon. The two wavy lines represent flow, balance, harmony and peace. Ja-Keiou-Ma is a multidimensional key to many different conscious energy streams and aspects of the divine. It has an opening effect on ones energy flow and it clears/opens the necessary channels so that one is able to hold a stronger influx of these energies. The symbols essence is formless, yet it can be expressed as a symbol. It holds the space between form so to speak, thus having all potential expressions of form encoded in it. Ja-Keiou-Ma seems to have a connection with the Nagas. In Hindu mythology they are snake-like beings living in the underworlds. They possessed great magic and power and were able to shape shift. Nagas are the protectors of springs, wells and rivers. In the myths of Malay mariners, Nagas appear as many-headed dragons. On Java and Thailand, the Naga is a mythical serpent or dragon, a serpent-god, a

ruler of the netherworld who possesses immense wealth. In the esoteric tradition Naga is synonymous for adept or initiate. In India and Egypt, and even in Central and South America, the Naga stands for one who is wise. As you draw the symbol, you can visualize it rotating and forming the ever-flowing pattern shown in the image below. I recommend drawing it in the heart chakra or thymus. You can also draw it over the whole body imagining the center of the vortex anchoring itself to the heart.

Shirah
Shirah is an extremely fluid symbol. It helps to clear the energy channels, allowing the whole system to become more fluid so that it would be less prone to holding old patterns and forming new ones. It is said to be especially beneficial to the patterns stored in our neural and muscular structure. Shirah helps us to connect with the divine flow and reminds us that all is good. It is a nurturing symbol. To my wife it is like a message from the universe saying: You are taken care of. Everything will be ok. Letting go of whatever patterns we have limiting ourselves allows us to experience that harmonious flow of being. You can draw it into the root chakra and solar plexus. Intend it to rotate and imagine/visualize the pattern shown on the next page.

- 15 -
This symbol is drawn over the brow, heart and sacral centers, which it then activates and connects. This is said to bring through the merged energy-consciousness of the 3 different expressions/manifestations of kundalini (individual, Earth/Gaia and cosmic). The Order of the Silver Serpent facilitates the fusion of Heaven, Earth and the individual.

Maia
- 18 -
Maia is composed of three symbols: The Seven-Pointed Star (also called the Fairy Star, Elven Star or the Star of the Seven Sisters, which indicates a connection to the Pleiades star system) is said to represent the union of the seven magical elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Life, Light and Magic. It is also said to represent the seven directions: North, South, East, West, above, below and within. Yet another common interpretation for it is the union of the inner and outer elements: Earth, Air, Fire and Water + Heaven, Earth and Self. The two interlocking seven-pointed stars in the Maia symbol represent another kind of union a union of the qualities represented by the 7-pointed star expressed both in our subjective and objective realities. The deep dark star represents our subconscious and the brighter one around it is our waking awareness. The Five-Pointed Star in this case represents our physical blueprint, the human being, a union of the 4 elements and Spirit. Infinity symbolizes the merging of all polarities and harmony. It unifies all that is perceived as separate.
The focus of this whole symbol is the human, our physical form. All that is around the form is radiated/reflected from within and all that is around it merges back into it. Maia facilitates the remembrance of this process. You can draw/visualize it in the heart center, then set to rotate and radiate outwards.

Io
- 20 -
Ios symbols: two entwined Ouroboros serpents, golden and silver, circling a triangle/pyramid holding inside a rainbow-like vortex and infinity. The Ouroboros is an ancient symbol seen throughout different cultures in Earths history. The serpent devouring its own tail symbolizes the cyclic nature of the universe: creation out of destruction. Io has two Ouroboros snakes entwined, one masculine (golden) and the other feminine (silver). This represents the merging of these polarities. It is an act of creation bringing forth a remembrance an initiation to a state of being where the male and female are unified, healing the perceptual split between the two. Io can be helpful when working with sexual abuse, shame and guilt related issues. Io also facilitates the ascent of kundalini along the central spinal channel and helps us to accept our sexuality. You can draw (circle + triangle + infinity + rainbow vortex) this symbol into the sacral, heart and brow chakras and then intend to rotate (see illustration below).

Death-Rebirth Death
Death-Rebirth symbolizes a state of withdrawal where one has pulled the outer expressions of Self back into the core. Death-Rebirth is about un-creating the old and providing the blank slate for new creations. It works well on releasing karmic patterns and unwanted thought processes. It also facilitates calmness and centeredness. For karmic clearing, imagine a wave washing up through the spinal column. Then spin the Death-Rebirth symbol into a vortex moving it up along the spinal column. Do this several times moving it from the base chakra up to the crown.

Life
This symbol came together with the Death-Rebirth symbol. Whereas Death-Rebirth draws our focus in and provides a new blank slate, Life bursts out radiating our intent back into creation and breaks free from any possible limiting conditions. It activates and stimulates energy centers

AmaraAmara-Omni Initiation
In this Guidebook we provide an initiation method that utilizes the Amara-Omni Symbols. However, an initiation can be accomplished without any symbols as well. With enough experience and confidence in working with the energies, an Amara-Omni initiation can be done in a meditative state by using intent alone. It is recommended to have one regular Amara-Omni session done before and after the actual initiation. The sessions will help the initiate to assimilate the energies more smoothly and on a deeper level. It is also suggested that the initiate is in a relaxed state while the initiation is performed. He or she does not have to do any kind of visualization or meditation exercises. The most important thing is to be relaxed and open to whatever may happen during the initiation. The reason why the word initiation is used in this system instead of attunement is because of its implications to a process, which emerges from within. Attunement is usually used to describe a process where someone else opens and changes the energetic structures of a person, and this is something AmaraOmni does not seek to do. An Amara-Omni Facilitator simply creates a space where the initiate is able to tap into his or her own inner resources. The Amara-Omni initiation procedure is about creating a remembrance, a resonance, to what is already there. An Amara-Omni Facilitator is free to add any personal teachings and symbols they might have when passing this system on to others. However, we ask that this Guidebook is given as a representation of the original system and all the possible personal additions are given in a separate document. We also wish that the Facilitator would clearly explain that their additional teachings are not part of the original system and the initiate does not necessarily have to use them when practicing Amara-Omni. Adding a personal flavor to this system is part of its nature but it is also important to keep the core intact when passing it on to others.

Final Words
Amara-Omni Empowerment is the coming together of my personal spiritual path and that of my wife, Nichole. Neither of us could have managed to bring this through alone, not in its current form at least. The system is constantly evolving and unfolding and we doubt it will ever be a finished package so to speak. Whenever we discover something new about ourselves, Amara-Omni reveals another facet that will lead into further exploration. When passing this system on to others, we hope it will be useful in helping them to develop and refine their own personal ways of working with self-empowerment, healing and energy psychology. When I was studying and working with other energy healing systems, they did not feel personal enough to me. All of them had some aspects I did not fully resonate with and I always felt slightly uncomfortable teaching them. This is what inspired me to develop a new system. I never intended it to become something that could be passed on to others though, as it was meant for personal use only. Looks like my wider self had something else in mind. As to Nichole, she has always had her own personal unique ways of working with the subtle realms. She never expected them to grow into a presentable system either. When AmaraOmni appeared to Nichole in a goddess-like form and showed her some basic concepts of what she represents, I was inspired to go within and explore these ideas and deeply symbolic imagery and refine them into something that can be now shared as Amara-Omni Spiritual Empowerment. Amara-Omni herself has never been an aspect of consciousness that had a lot to say or teach. She has simply been the facet of our psyches that has simply pointed the way and urged us to explore things ourselves. Simply put, Amara-Omni is our self-empowerment. Symbols and abstract concepts play an important role in Amara-Omni Empowerment. Whenever a symbol was brought through, either by Nichole, our friend Damian or me, an image had to be created. As I meditated on the symbol while playing with my computer, a two-dimensional snapshot of its multidimensional nature was created. After this the symbols imagery was verbalized into a language that was easier to understand. This all is an ongoing process and new symbols are coming through as we speak As our spiritual paths keep unfolding, so will Amara-Omni.
