    OUTCOME

    While implementing co-ordination & cooperation I faced difficulties because of barriers like age, educational level of individuals, individuals egos, attitudes etc. However putting efforts to understand individuals helped me to overcome all these challenges which leads to better Coordination & Co-operation.

    CONCLUSION

    Co-ordination & Co-operation helps to produce effective results/outputs both in personal & professional life. Without proper Co-ordination & Co-operation we are not achieve any target which we are getting in day to day activities.
