    Getting Here
    Directions To Bethel:
    From Interstate 40:
    Take Exit 108 at Parkers Crossroads. Turn north off ramp onto Hwy 22. Go north for approximately 20 miles. Once inside McKenzie City Limits, youll pass by McKenzie High School on the right. Cross over Highway 79 and proceed for approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto University Drive (Bethels campus will be down University Drive to the right). At the stop sign (intersection of University Drive and Cherry Avenue) turn right and take an immediate right by Bethels entrance signs. Campbell Hall Administration Building is directly behind the entrance signs.

    Why I love Bethel.
    Bethels small campus provides a wonderful environment to call home away from home. Bethel always has fun activities to engage its students, such as movies on the lawn and ice cream socials. Bethel brings the school spirit and sporting events are packed with fun and cheering. Bethel is a school where you will create relationships unlike any others you will experience in your life.     Bethel offers many sports both NAIA and Division 1 club sports for both male and female athletes. Some of these sports are: Golf Cross Country Basketball Tennis Soccer Football Hockey Fishing Shooting Bethels Mens Football team won conference champions last year for the second year in a row. And the Hockey Team won nationals in 2012.

    Just a Brief History


    Bethel university was founded in 1842 in McLemoresville, Tn as a Seminary under the care of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Bethel College chartered in 1847 and operated as a college till 2009. Bethels trustees voted to name it a university shortly after 2009.
