300 grams Sausages 1 or 2 Red Peppers 1 White onion 1 tblsn Balsamic Vinegar 1 Small chilli (optional) Salt & Black pepper
Method 1. Core and slice the Peppers into rings. 2. Peel and slice the onion into rings. 3. De-seed and finely chop the chilli (wash hands immediately) 4. Place Olive Oil into a large frying pan or wok. 5. Add the Peppers and Onion, make sure they dont stick to pan. 6. One onion have browned on edges, add the vinegar and leave for 5 -10 minutes on low heat. 7. In a separate pan fry the sausages until cooked. 8. Add all the ingredients together and mix slowly for 1 minute. 9. Serve with seasoning.
