    C&I loans are still growing marginally YoY BUT if you add in ABCP (which are the conduits for much of the lending), it is evident that bank credit is falling dramatically. The chart shows that we are dipping back down to the record lows of last year - ABCP has fallen $50bn in the two weeks since the last Fed data on C&I loans was reported. If the trend continued, credit would have contracted over 7% YoY! so much for real lending picking up.
