Class Registration Procedure:


1. Fill out the registration form. Please register early so we wont need to cancel the class. 2. Make a check out for EACH INSTRUCTOR (unless the check is for a Special Event -- MAKE SPECIAL EVENTS CHECKS TO JULIE FOGLIO) 3. Attend the rst class unless we notify you. A supply list will be sent out two weeks before the rst class. 4. You will receive a discount card to use in the store for the duration of your class 5. Mail your registration form and ONE CHECK for EACH INSTRUCTOR to: Julie Foglio Coordinator: Palmer/Pletsch School of Sewing 37600 Sunset Street Unit 2 Sandy, OR 97055 6. For all-day classes, bring a sack lunch 7. Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the class to receive a refund or change classes. Feel free to send someone in your place. If Palmer/Pletsch needs to cancel a class a full refund will be given. 8. Babies and children are not permitted to accompany adults to class. 9. Cell phone users please be courteous to fellow students and turn o your cell phones during class.
