    statements I made at that meeting have been misstated and misconstrued by Ms. Guancione and her friend, Mr. Bullock in their Motion [Docket #71]. I did not question Ms. Guancione because the case had been dismissed and was off calendar. I informed them that a new first meeting date would be set if the dismissal is set aside by the Court. At that time, the Trustee would examine the debtor and creditors would have an opportunity to ask questions as well. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
