    Classification of disasters

    Natural disaster Earthquake, volcanic eruption, typhoon, flood, etc. Human disaster Traffic disaster (airplanes, trains), urban fire, war, terrorist attack, etc. Special disaster Radiation incident, mixed type of natural and human disasters, etc.

    Purpose The greatest good for the greatest number


    To decide the priority level of rescue, medical treatment and transport, in consideration of possibility of life saving under each condition, depending on the degree of emergency and seriousness
