This is a great set if you want a background and detail cut separate. There are two sets of these butterflies one being slightly larger than the other but the same detail.

What kind of die cutting machines can I use with this and do you need special plates or do the die cutting machines come with it. Not sure what die cutting machine to buy.

Can I cut felt with these?

I just bought them and haven't yet had a chance to try them out. I don't know if they would cut felt, but it wouldn't hurt the die by trying it. I'm thinking they may not have a deep enough edge to cut anything other then paper/card stock. But as I said, it wouldn't hurt the die if you wanted to try it out.
