Monterey Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti, 2 cups cooked shredded chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1/2 cup chopped green onions, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. In a large skillet, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Serve hot.
