SPACE

Space that is seen three-dimensionally in a painting is an illusion that creates a sense of actual depth. Many techniques can be used to indicate visual depth or space. There are two types of space in a work of art – positive and negative space. It is an important tool in composition. These images have been pinned by group of fiber artists, participating in a collaborative project. We are collecting images that we find inspiring and that in our opinion; clearly demonstrate use of a particular element. Enjoy.
