1 Awesome Exercise to STOP Shuffling Steps from a physical therapist
With chronic dizziness, my patients often asked me about the sensation of rubbery or weak legs. With dizziness or weakness you can feel unsteady, making it impossible to do standing balance exercises. To improve your connection with your ability to control your legs I want you to start with bed exercises. The intention behind this exercise should be to get the maximum elongation and really feel each movement that you’re doing. I want you to feel connected with how you lift your leg what muscles are engaged, holding your core tight before you place it back down to the starting position by repeating these movements with intention and purpose you can learn how to control your legs again when you stand, thus reducing your dizziness & unsteadiness.
