Recipe: 1-cup warm milk 1-tablespoon dry active yeast 1-tablespoon Sugar 1/4 cup olive oil 1-egg 1-cup corn flour 3-cups all purpose flour 1-beaten egg for brushing the bread 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt Procedure: 1️⃣ In a bowl combine the milk, yeast, sugar and oil and mix well. Add the egg and mix before adding the corn flour (maseca) giving it a good mix then adding the all purpose flour and mix well and add 1/4 cup of warm water or more until it forms a dough and knead for 5 minutes. 2️⃣ Place in bowl and cover with a clean towel and place in the warmest place in your kitchen for at least an hour. 3️⃣ Divide dough into equal portions and shape into dinner rolls and place in a greased and floured baking pan and cover for another 20 mi
