Easy Egg skillet 💃
25min · 3 servings How to make it:: In a large skillet add 1 tbsp butter melt Add chipotle/paprika/salt/pepper to the butter Add in chopped veggies: spinach/tomatoes/jalapeños Sauté for minute, drop in as many eggs as you’d like depending on size of the skillet. Cover the skillet and let the eggs cook until desired doneness. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. *I like my eggs jammy so I did 6-8 minutes. *For a harder egg cook~ cook for 8-10 minutes. Cook it tok your liking and top it with more cheese.   • Toast your bagel if you want to and spread avocado on it.   • Place your cheesy jalapeño eggs onto your bagel to make your sandwich and enjoy.   Credits to @sailor_bailey   I like to add some crispy bacon too.
