Alex Rios on Instagram: "Spicy Garlic Dill Pickle 🥒🌶️ recipe ⬇️ 1 bag pickling cucumbers, rinsed cut into spheres & slices 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 cup white vinegar 2 cups water 3 tbsp pickling salt or kosher salt 2 tsp black peppercorns (1 tsp per jar) 2 tsp mustard seeds (1 tsp per jar) Fresh dill, about 2-3 stalks each jar 2 red chili peppers, sliced (1 per jar) 8 whole garlic cloves (4-5 per jar) 2 bay leaves (1 per jar) Slice mini cucumbers into any shape you like. Let vinegar and salt come to a boil. Set aside. Fill jar with garlic, peppercorns, mustard seeds, dill and bay leaves. Pack cucumbers into 2 16 oz mason jars. Pour pickling liquid until fully submerged. Flip jars for a few minutes before refrigerating. Ready in 2 hours or overnight. #pickles #homemadepickles #pickl
