Working on both the premium All-Clad brand and T-fal, the best-selling mass cookware brand in the U.S, we designed packaging and POS experiences built upon both brand’s equities and current challenges. We used scale, movement, blocking and consistent benefit placement to deliver an elevated emotional connection and a shop-able brand experience. A unique variant color-coding system and appealing everyday recipe photography cues approachability to the Essentials line for this professional brand.
Baking Small Business Ideas for Packaging Design and Branding
Randell’s Organic’s is a start-up brand with a line of natural and organic foods. Our objective was to create a brand that was as unique as it’s owner. We started with her brand mark, capturing her essence and signature kerchief in a few simple strokes. We then used her true-to-life experiences as part of the product naming on the packaging. Finally, we spotlight Randell’s point of difference of “Food with Stories” through brand communications with the tagline “Real food Inspired by Real Life."
International Delight - Inwork
Leading a workshop with the cross functional Danone team, we used our unique methodologies to analyze current brand packaging experiences through the consumer lens and shopper journey, along with design and print technology trends. The collective team’s collaboration led to the output of 30 big ideas across a range of new and everyday variants with a special focus on “owning the season” for holidays. One “big idea” brought to life was a redesigned and coherent seasonal appearance for the brand.

Diverse Hair Care Branding and Packaging Design Identity
Bold, Unfiltered, Proud! 💁🏾‍♀️ We were selected by the P&G design and marketing teams to create and develop pack designs for this new hair care line. The Nou line of hair care products are designed for every curl, coil, & twist. We utilized organic graphic elements that connote these hair types while communicating a vibrant, dynamic, and unique look aimed at the Gen-Z audience. We established a consistent core brand color and differentiated variants with unique pattern and color combinations.
Bodewell 2.0 - Inwork
Graphic Design, Branding & Packaging Design Ideas and Inspiration for Hair Care routine. P&G came to inwork to help with the rebranding of the newly acquired Bodewell brand. To elevate the brands look we explored cleaner coloring, use of metallic foils and inks, with levels of matte, gloss and doming varnishes. In the end we provided color targets & pre-press files that were flawlessly executed on press to achieve P&G’s rapid requested timeline to market.

Most people struggling to take sustainable actions claim that, even though they care about the environment, they feel that they are already doing as much as they can to protect the planet. When it comes to sustainability for CPG brands, the P is what stands out the most to consumers. This is where sustainable packaging design can make a difference. According to recent research by NYU, packaging is one of the most credible and influential channels CPG brands have for their sustainability claims. It outperforms in-store signage, brand websites and social media across all consumer demographics, including Gen Zers.

✨ Gillette Venus entered a new beauty category with the launch of its first-ever dermaplaning skin care range. 💆🏻‍♀️ We partnered with the Venus team as we designed a pack that features a simple, contoured face/chin shape. A combination of deep teal, that embodies Venus’ origin from the sea, along with a subtle, metallic shimmer, both disrupts the shelf and elevates the premium-tier product. A truly radiant package.

Dove Hand Sanitizer - Inwork
In direct response to an increased demand for hand sanitizer in 2020, Dove launched a brand innovation with a key point of difference: The first skin moisturizing hand sanitizer. To help sell-in the idea to national retailers, Inwork partnered with the Dove Team to create and design an unboxing experience which celebrates Dove’s newest innovation. Key design elements include a soft-touch finish with glossy gold accents that highlight the “pure and simple” equity of the Dove brand.
Joy Glee - Inwork
We helped Gillete refresh their Glee line with a series of illustrations that align their packaging with the fun look and feel the brand promotes through social media. The range of Instagram-inspired line drawings we developed reflects the tone of Glee’s online photography through playful line sensibility and quirky body language fitting for a millennial audience.

ackaging & Brand Design for Natural Cosmetics for Women. 🧘‍♀️🌿 Every woman’s body is unique and something to celebrate. For the design, we created a set of modern silhouettes that peek into colorful vignettes of nature. While each design is unique from the other, it is still capable of creating a strong brand block at shelf.

A fresh, modern design in a fully recyclable pack. ♻️ Inwork worked with Gillette to develop distinctive color, imagery and iconography that clearly communicate product benefits and variant segmentation. Foil and gloss accents were introduced to distinguish more premium 5 blade products from base tier. All was explored while paying great attention to a more sustainable package, including post-consumer recycled substrates.
