Blue Lily-Rare is a dress item in the Hidden Suit suit Blue Lily (Hidden Suit). It can be obtained through Evolution. In this form the chest and sleeves gain more detailing, as does the ruffled trim on the top skirt layer. The ribbons on each skirt fold is now one long soft blue fabric with a ribbon and white rose on every other fold. The petticoat resembles the ruffled trim of the top skirt layer. 4 Blue Lily, 4000
