It's a big week for 🇬🇧 The Royal Family! The Platinum Jubilee is the 70th anniversary of a British monarch's reign, and Queen Elizabeth II is the first to reach the milestone. In a nationwide competition, Lemon Swiss roll and amaretti trifle by Jemma Melvin has been chosen to be the official Platinum Jubilee Pudding. Following in the footsteps of the Coronation chicken and the Victoria sponge, this winning recipe will go down in history and become part of the British food story.
