I find them easier than regular B-stance RDL.   3️⃣ The glute engagement with this is 👩🏽‍🍳 🤌🏼💋! Having one leg supported on the wall allows the focus to go to your glutes . Part 1😩 Here’s how to spot the difference between a hamstring focused RDL and a glute focused RDL Depending on what you’re training, you can make some small adjustments & target a certain muscle ground more!! 🔥 KEY DIFFERENCES: If you want to target hammies only SLIGHTLY bend your knees!
