Pop it on your weekend to-do list 🍫 BASE: 100g butter, cubed 395g condensed milk 2 tbs cocoa powder 250g plain biscuits, crushed TOP: 180g mik chocolate 1 tbs vegetabe oil 1 cup maltesers, halved METHOD: 1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. 3. Add condensed milk & whisk for 5 minutes to thicken. 4. Stir though cocoa & crushed biscuits. 5. Press firmly into a lined slice tin. 6. Melt the choc & oil together. 7. Pour the choc evenly on top of the slice. 8. Crumble over the maltesers. 9. Refrigerate for ~2 hours to set, slice & eat!!"

Perfect with a cup of coffee! ☕🍫 Ingredients: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup granulated sugar ¾ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed 1 cup Nutella or hazelnut spread ½ cup chopped hazelnuts A pinch of salt Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half of the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust. Spread the Nutella evenly over the crust. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Crumble the remaining flour mixture on top of the Nutella layer. Bake for 25-30

WE LOVE COOKING on Instagram: "Torta budino senza cottura 🌷🌷 Ingredienti : 200 g di savoiardi 100 ml di succo di mela 900 ml di latte 200 g di zucchero 3 confezioni di budino alla vaniglia in polvere 1/2 cucchiaino di vaniglia in polvere 250 g di burro morbido 400 g di panna montata 2 confezioni di crema rinforzante 600 g di lamponi congelati 1 confezione di gelatina istantanea 3 cucchiai di zucchero Bacche fresche o congelate come decorazione Preparazione: Per la crema al budino, mescolare lo zucchero con la vaniglia in polvere e la polvere del budino alla vaniglia. Aggiungere 200 ml di latte e mescolare il tutto fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Portare a ebollizione i restanti 700 ml di latte mescolando. Ora aggiungi il composto del budino e fai sobbollire per 1 minuto mesco
