Toe Squat + Knee Taps - Sit into a deep squat on your toes. Gently tap your knees to the ground and return to squat. This preps ankles, knees, and quads for action. 2. Kneeling Lateral Lunges - From a kneeling position, extend one leg out and rock into a side lunge. Opens up the hips and stretches the adductors. 3. Pigeon Good Mornings - Start in a pigeon stretch position. Hinge at the hips, lowering your chest and lifting back up. Loosens up glutes and hips. 4. Kneeling Lateral Side Bends - From a tall kneeling stance, reach one arm overhead and bend to the side. Great for thoracic spine mobility and stretching the lats.
